Once an order is placed, orders cannot be canceled or modified after processing begins.

Shipping is a flat rate of $17 CAD per order unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Omaraka is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order.

6. No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final. Omaraka does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mailto:omarkaa@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
