Shipping Policy
Omaraka currently ships within Canada and selected international locations.
Shipping is a flat rate of $17 CAD per order unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Omaraka is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Once orders are shipped, Omaraka is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
